Portable dams are mainly designed and establish for flood protection. It is also known as aqua dams. These dams are temporary dams which are used for flood protection. These types of Aqua dams are re-usable. These types of dams are filled with on-site water and that can be installed to control, contain or diverted the flow of water. Aqua Dams consist of two basic components that are two watertight inner polyethylene tubes which contain the water, and an outer or "master tube". 

Aqua dams are coming in different varieties of sizes from 1 to 16 feet in height. It also comes in standard lengths of 50/100 feet.
